Daycare Questions

Our doggy daycare is for small dogs. In order to join our doggo family at daycare, your dog…
  • Must be healthy
  • Must not be an excessive barker
  • Must be spayed or neutered
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • Has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behavior towards any person(s) or other dog(s)

It’s up to you and your dog! We have regular furry friends that come once a week, and others that are with us every day. Younger and shyer dogs are best to be slowly introduced into daycare to ensure it’s not too overwhelming for them.

Our doggy day care service is offered between 7:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M Tuesday to Friday. Dogs can be dropped off between the hours of 7:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. and picked up between the hours of 3:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. Dogs not picked up by closing time will incur an additional charge.

Permanent – $30 per day

Permanent spots allow you to keep your dog’s daycare booking on the same day/days every week. You are expected to show up every week on their booked day/s. No online booking is required – talk to Millie or Kate to book your spot.
Permanent spots are treated as an appointment, cancellations and no shows fees will apply. If you need to cancel, you must provide us with 24 hours notice. If you cancel twice in a row (without reason), your permanent spot will be given to someone else on the waiting list, and you will go back to a casual booking.

Casual – $35 per day

Casual spots offer flexibility with your bookings. You’re not expected to turn up each week, however you will miss out if permanent spaces have filled the days.
Absolutely – we understand that you want complete peace of mind that your dog is in a safe and fun environment. Please call or text to arrange a viewing.
It’s completely up to you and your dog. If your dog’s routine is to have lunch, then bring it in! We will separate your dog from the others to ensure they are completely at ease while enjoying their lunch.

Grooming Questions

You can drop off your pooch anytime between 7:30am – 9:00am, and pick them up between 1:00pm – 1:30pm. For an additional fee, you can leave them with us to enjoy the doggy daycare, and pick them up anytime between 3:30pm – 5:30pm.

It’s good to get your puppy familiar with grooming as early as possible after the first set of puppy shots, usually 12-16 weeks of age. This will help your furry friend learn at an early age that grooming is a pleasant experience!

A full groom includes a wash and massage with an all natural shampoo and conditioner, blow-dry, personalized style of your choice and nail trim. Optional extras include flee shampoo, ear pluck, ear rinse and teeth brushing.
To maintain a manageable coat for non-shedding breeds such as Shih Tzus, Poodles, Bichons and Terriers, you should have your dog groomed every 4 to 6 weeks. If they are kept in a very short cut, these breeds can go as long as go 8 to 10 weeks.
Breeds that have short, shedding coats can go 8 to 12 weeks between grooming appointments, as long as they are regularly brushed at home.
